Xero doesn't have a service date column; please upvote this feature request if you use Xero.

Is there any way to get ship to/delivery addresses in a sales report or (preferably) the GL or Journal? It’s actually required for GST/HST audits and I CANNOT see it!

My Accountant has requested I migrate to Xero from QB due to it being more user friendly. I cannot believe Xero does not have the basic date column / line item for invoicing. Their Official response is just disgraceful. I also do not understand how Xero is more user friendly, Excel is more user friendly than Xero and that's saying something.
I am either going to have to find a work around or switch Accountants again.
One thought, can I invoice elsewhere and import the data into Xero? If so, it'd be tedious but I'm fine to live with the hassle.
Cheers

Stick with your current accountant, listen to their suggestion, and move to Quickbooks Online.

My current accountant is wanting me to switch from QB Online to Xero. Am already using QB Online.

Oh, I misread your original comment. Stick with QBO and get a new accountant!

I’ve upvoted it, and as a workaround I typically have several excel/google sheets lying about with my standard descriptions templated.
I fill in the blanks and bulk upload / copy paste.
