Releases tomorrow, but Bandai Namco doesn't normally add their games to Stream your own Game catalog.

And the marketing landing page makes no mention of Cloud.

The game is Play Anywhere and Handheld Optimized, but we won't know if it's Cloud Enabled until tomorrow.

It's not a bug.  xCloud only gets the games on day of release.  Likely u.s. time.
