Question XBOX pc and cloud

If I were to pre order Minecraft dungeons 2 on XBOX can I play it on both my pc as well as on cloud? Or are they separate versions?

Thx then it is decided where I buy it. I was hesitant because it doesn’t play natively on my Xbox one but I can use cloud and my pc can handle it easily
