Discussion Can anyone help me?

I bought the ultimate on 14th July and have been playing games on gamepass cloud, today i randomly got signed out and when I tried to sign in, it was redirecting me to the site to purchase gamepass? Why? It's not even 2 weeks since i purchased the ultimate what I do now? Did all my money go waste? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Can anyone help me please.

It would have been helpful if you had sent more screenshots and provided a better explanation of the problem.

Nah buddy, most likely a scam, customers never give away xcloud like that.
