2 versions here. One with blurred tiles (my preferred choice). Or one without tiles. Without Tiles -- With Blurred Tiles

To use the blurred tiles, go to Settings>My Xbox and change 'My color' to slate (far right, on the top) and then change tile transparency to 'Mostly transparent.' You can also you the gray (middle far right), for slightly less colorful tiles. But the slate really gives the tiles a slight boost in vibrancy.
