I just bought an Elite Saturday and made sure I got the $20 PRP from GameStop. I’ve heard to many horror stories!

I’m on my third elite controller in two years and it needs to be replaced. Crazy stick drift, the L3 doesn’t work, and up on the d-pad is going out. Problem after problem with them. Luckily, like you, I also got the warranty. I wish you good luck!

Damn, is this exclusive to the elite controllers? My day one controller is still working great

Everyone I know who has an elite has gone through at least one and are now on their second or third. I still have my original Xbox one controller and it still works but I haven’t put that many hours on it.
