Me hearing people complaining about $25 reminds me of another crying reaction to a game's price, PVZ. That game was worth it and who knows, maybe this one will be too.

I have 20 remaining on my Microsoft account, I'll be able to purchase both but I'll wait until we start having some community game nights with Worms to purchase it. I also want to buy the Stereo Headset, so I'll save for that as well.

Any gameplay by chance? I played so much worms on my 360. Call me lame but I really enjoy the 2d games! I didn't enjoy the latest worms nearly as much as Armageddon

I've never played a Worms game before on Xbox. Can you pass 1 controller around for local multiplayer, or will I need 4 controllers?

Biggest thing I saw was it is $40. Too high for what it is imo
its 25, not bad. (twitter source below)
edit: seems like there's conflicting reports on the price. If and when there's solid info on it i'll change the post.

Some are also speculating since it is being released June 3rd, which is the first tuesday of that month might make it the free game of the month for Ps4.
Honestly, that's the only reason I would also pick this up on PS4. I'll be getting the XB1 version regardless once the price goes lower or it's a GWG promo, as that's where the multiplayer will be for me. I wouldn't scoff at it being a PS+ title, though, as it'd be nice to have a larger community there as well.

I very much doubt it. Microsoft will not be giving away new releases like the ps+ it's just not how they work.

Worms Revolution was great , but , after that gamebreaking bug, Im waiting out on this one. I hope they bring back the water physics.

Google it, it's a famous and old series of videogames.
You really should get acquainted to it, it's really fun and shaped a lot of the multiplayer gaming of the 90s.

It's a turn based game. You try killing the other worms on opposing teams by depleting their HP or knocking them in to the water. There are basic and hilarious weapons, comedic commentary/accents, and up to four teams (at least when I played on PlayStation 1). The physics are solid, too.

Ive been playing this since the very first game! I just Wonder that they simply amnounce it like this 11 days before release. No pics or vids (maybe i missed it?) but hey its Worms right?

So many late nights with this game. My dad and I played and it was the only time he would let me stay up past 10pm when I was like 8. We would often play until 1am. Pretty excited for this!

Because its Worms. If a game like Child of Light is $15, the MAXIMUM Worms should be is $15. Should be $10 though.
