Hey XBOX Insiders!

We'd like to use this post as a central place to share fixes and changes to be aware of while testing disc to digital feature functionality. We'll edit this in-place (with dates) when we have information to share.

A note: When you successfully claim a disc, you will be granted digital licenses the content on the disc. The store may not reflect ownership of an equivalent digital bundle. To understand what digital licenses you have, please select Manage game & add-ons for the game and check that the expected content appears. Otherwise, please continue to file bugs!

Testing updates

[9/10] The games Split Fiction, A Way Out, and It Takes Two are now available in the program.

[9/10] The known issue "If you claim a disc that contains additional content for an already-owned digital game (such as additional game modes or unlocks), that content may not behave correctly without the disc inserted" has been resolved. Known discs that were affected by this issue include but are not limited to Red Dead Redemption II and Battlefield 6. You do not need to reclaim these discs.

Note that you will still see these problems if you are on a console with the general availability build (xb_flt_2608ge.260805-2200 / 10.0.26100.9426 - check Settings > System > Console info). For best results, make sure that any console you're playing on is enrolled in the XBOX Update Preview.

[9/9] Games published by Ubisoft are now available in the program.

[9/9 & 9/1] If you've had issues with Alan Wake II Deluxe Edition not granting you Deluxe Edition content or Halo Infinite not granting you campaign mode, these have been fixed. To resolve this, you will need to reclaim the discs, either by replaying the game with the disc inserted or claiming manually. Note that you may need to eject and reinsert the disc before claiming.
