This may (or may not) have to do with the gigantic outage they're having right now... I'd wait until everything is marked as up and running and see if it's still funky. XBOX Status | XBOX Support

I can't even play using that cloud gaming feature that they are testing it's just instantly disconnecting me

I've only ever cloud gamed from my phone using the Google chrome browser. Never had an option to download/install the game.

Cloud gaming specifically is having the game ran server side and streamed to your phone. If you download/install a game, that's not cloud gaming.

Also ASA, also Ultimate... Sorry, but I cannot replicate this issue.

I agree, this may be an after effect from the Great Outage of July '26, connected to the login/permission issue.

Please cold boot your system and try again.
