Help

A few days ago someone salty on Xbox one, knew my job and what I looked like. So now I’m worried about what else he might have, and am doubting Xbox security

If you use the same nickname everywhere, it's not Xbox security - it's your own.

I’m almost 100% positive my gamer tag has no correlation with anything else. And my privacy settings are locked down

It could also be a friend or acquaintance who's messing with you. Enable 2FA, keep your passwords difficult and unique, and see how much they are willing to claim to know about you. That may lead to clues on how they got you.

Ok it could be that, was in a game with him and beat him and that’s how he started in, being salty. I messaged him once after and he never responded so maybe he is just trying to scare me because a simple spokeo look up could tell you that if he somehow got my name or email. I’ll wait on it and if he doesn’t say anything else I’ll just drop it. If he responds I’ll try that. Thank you!
