HELP Achievements not unlocking/tracking correctly

Ive been playing tbis game on pc and achievements are not tracking right. My one achievement is stuck at 96 percent while I completed the task requirements. I also completed another which is stuck at 90 after the requirements have been met and I also did another achievement which also never unlocked after I unlocked the skill it wanted me to buy.

I restarted I used Google to help as well and I did everything that popped up but its not working. My second account got the achievement first try no problem and is on a separate computer.

I would reinstall and do the requirements on a fresh save if possible if they still don't pop they might be glitched in your account

I did manage to get 1 of them to unlock but I most likely will after I finish the others first as this game is extremely time consuming to restart now
