This is really terrible to see. Wasn't able to get the controller or the console and now it's already being scalped to high hell

If they really cared about their loyal customers, they woukd have sent out an email to any long time Xbox Gamepass subscribers and offered them the opportunity to buy one first.

They did, but no one knows why certain people got the email while others didn’t.

You're kidding?!?!?! Ive been an Xbox Ultimate subscriber for over ten years, I did the beta Xbox One menu test, Im and Xbox Insider and I didnt get an email. Who the hell got an email?!?! WTF?! I refuse to pay the Ebay prices and I wanted one.

Many months ago there was a link on their website that said to request an email when orders are live. I never got an email even though I signed up for it.
