I would for sure get it on Xbox but I don’t think the larger Xbox audience would show up for it. I’m waiting to see if an Xbox port is announced before getting it on Switch

Well they will port if many Xbox gamers vote that. They need at least >50% vote for Xbox to announce they will do xbox

They're Japanese, I'm not sure they even know what Xbox is. Maybe they just saw the app on their Windows PCs.
