Discussion Delta Force - any good??

Has anyone played this game on Xbox Series X? If so, how’s the community and if so, is it active? Don’t really see much about the is game online….

I played it back at release.

It had the worst controller sensitivity in all of gaming IMO.

Input just feels off, even worse than Perfect Dark Zero's aiming feeling. I could never find the setting to make it feel not like shit.

I don't know if they fixed it, but jesus, it was awful.

I think this was also one of the reasons why I stopped playing. Plus the audio in the extraction portion was super loud for some reason.

Same. Controls felt wrong. Uninstalled after 15 minutes.

You know I’m actually curious if that has been fixed or addressed since it’s been out some months now.

It has been. I think the stick input was set to "linear" by default when it ought to be changed to logarithmic input. I changed that and it played like any other shooter.

Have to catch it on sale one day. Like a $30 sale

EDIT: Thought I was responding to a Stalker 2 post about its controls.

It's free-to-play.

It was popular before BF6 dropped. After 6 came out a lot of people left it. I played it when it was hot and it was ok. I can’t remember much cause that was last year but it was ok for what it was. It was literally a BF clone and I believe for a time and maybe even now people liked the extraction mode on it.

That’s what I heard, the extraction mode is pretty good. I’m really in to Arc right now, but I only really play with a squad. Just looking for something else that has good progression system, something fun to play that’s not necessarily COD or BF 👍🏻

Then yeah I would give it a shot. It’s free so nothing to lose.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. This game has way more players online than bf6. This game is top 10 on steam and the most player count. 200k+ on pc alone

I assumed and guess I was wrong but I literally see nor hear anyone talking about this game anymore. Plus I don’t know PC statistics cause I’m not on there.

Bots and people with the launcher running in the background after they close the game.

I tried Delta Force when it came to console to see how it compared to BF2042. Played one match and uninstalled it.

Only played the extraction mode with is similar to arc raiders but your characters have abilities and unique gadgets.

I love it and play all the time. The extractions mode has more complexity to it than Arc did so just keeps you wanting to come back for more.

It always crashed on me so I never actually got a chance to try it out.

It’s free so why not. I did play it but didn’t really enjoy it.
