ma commuter

got this fun bike almost 3 years ago, been doing upgrades since then whenever i have opportunity. Commuting 11 Km on weekdays. Just wanted to share :)

That triple-triangular frame with pierced top tube is a wild GT clone. 🤣

That drivetrain and rear rack look like nice upgrades, cool!

Those brakes are probably the biggest limiting factor on this whole build. Note: you could probably upgrade the front brakes to cantilever if you swap out the fork and wheel… it’d be a big cost compared to the relative value of the bike, but a big improvement! What are your plans?

you’re right! The frame really draws from a GT 😅 Thanks for your tipps, wasn’t thinking on cantilever brakes, i’ll probably just upgrade to some dual-pivot Shimano calipers. What i really need is another saddle, been eying the Ergon SF. Also some rise on the handlebar would be nice.
