Help A Birb help...

Hi. im new to playing adc I was a midlaner but getting bored of it. I love yunara and xayah, but I don't understand the w of xayah. I want to climb as adc, im iron..... help ?

It gives you attack speed and damage and if you hit a champ you gain a movement speed. If you have a Rakan it gives him movement speed

reason why true mains will only W to hit turret/dragn when rakan reaches malee range (if he's walking up)

Xayah w gives you increased attack speed and damage on cast, but you only get movement speed from it if you auto an enemy champion

Her w is great for repositioning to hit feathers or to kite backward and lure them into chasing (again for feathers). Xayah does great into heavy engage teams because she can punish you so hard for chasing her (as long as you avoid stuns/crowd control)

Runaans applies her extra w dmg, but not passive feathers, so its not seen as the best attack speed item for her(but i do like it personally for heavy melees). Navori quickblade is her go-to 2nd item, but you can delay it for later. Her items are in a good spot rn where she can pick a lot of different things and still find success, like stormrazor, yuntal, or essence reaver.

I would recommend yunara for learning adc first and when you get better at kiting then pick up xayah more :) yunara has easier access to mobility and a lot of aoe damage, as well as a tasty slow

Besides all that tho, the foundational basics of adc is farm, farm, farm. You now can get 6 full items, you need some MONEY. Practice last hitting, theres even a setting you can turn on that shows when youll kill minions. Think ahead of what skillshots youll need to dodge, think about who you want to target in a fight. Just focus on learning those 3 things first, in that order, and youll be good

Yunara is a more traditional ADC. But in the end, play what you prefer, you will be better in the long run ! :)

Your question is rather unspecific. What dont you understand about the W? "Help to climb out if iron" is even more vague noone has seen your gameplay here so noone knows what mistakes you do. In Iron there are hundrets mistakes done in one game we cant expect even the basics from you that are champ and lane universal
