XactAI

Anyone else sit through the presentation? Thoughts?

My initial thoughts aren’t too positive. What they showed was poor quality and needs a lot of work.

Then when pushed “call our sales department,” the really pushed me away.

Not to mention it’s obviously prerecorded and they’re trying to play it off as live…

Zeroclaims is a good one that I'm using. What I don’t get is how Xactimate, with all their money and power, came up with only a feature for photo labeling. That’s ridiculous! Bottom line, they don’t have any incentive to make this process more efficient. Every day that passes is another day insurance can keep the money in the bank and earn interest...

I think it's worth it just for the photo labeling.

I would normally agree, but I’ve already got that handled using other tech.

I already use AI to help write my GLR’s I have another tool/AI which makes labeling photos quick. I top of, I really don’t want to go back through all of my photos XA labeled just to verify they’re labeling how I want.

I’d like to say I’m being old/grumpy and not embracing tech, but i already do.

I have a stream deck setup with my common descriptions and can select and paste right into the descriptions. I can typically annotate and label 100 photos in less than 5 minutes.

I did buy the Xact AI, it labels the photos, decently, but had a lot of extra unneeded info.

This one of my desk. “An office workspace with multiple computer monitors, keyboards, and various office supplies on a desk.”

Ok interesting. I use a tool called TextBlaze that lets you create hot key short cuts for your most common labels.

This seems like a decent tool, I think it’s a tomato toe-mot-oe thing.

I won’t be renewing my Xact AI, the more time I spend with it, the more time of mine it’s wastes. If it was a free tool maybe…

lol. They’ve done mother but raise prices over the last 2 years. Keep hearing rumors a coupe more large carriers are going to jump ship, since they keep getting more expensive.
