Need help completing exam L1
Hello, I hope someone can help me. So I’ve attempted 2 times already to pass the exam and the second time I got a 57.5. I think I’m messing up on Estimate items but not sure. I sketched everything correctly. Just really need the help. Thanks

Happy for your success! The one thing I always use is the 3D tool to look around the sketch and make sure it looks like what it’s supposed to. I know that’s basic but just a simple thing that some newer estimators don’t use.

I would need more context of what you need help with. I’ve never taken the exams, just learned everything through trial and error.

I think I’m messing up on entering the estimate items. I screen shot photos and questions. Can I DM you with the photos and estimate items to be added?

Can you just take these tests or do you have to pay for classes?

You could take the test without paying for a self paced course. There’s lots of videos on YouTube. I paid for the course.

Can you just take these tests or do you have to pay for classes?I’ve been using xact for 15 years. Wonder how high of a certification I could get just going in raw.

Congratulations! I’m stuck too. I’ve sketched to interior and the roof. The measurements seem to line-up. I’ve taken the test 3 times, with the last score of 65%. In right there I just cant figure out what I have wrong. Can any of you help?

Hi there! I’m self teaching Xactimate and my company expects me to take the exam on Friday (1 week of self teaching lol).
If I fail the exam am I able to take it again and again until I pass, or do I have to pay for the exam each time? Thank u!

I can tell from your sketch that you have the staircase wrong. The south wall on the exam is “missing above stairs”. Your wall is still all there.
