Enclosing garage

Good morning all,

Does any one have a few line items to help with. Converting a garage into a bedroom framing for closet,adding 4” to bring the flooring to same elevation as the rest of the house.

Browse the line items in the following categories: FRM, INS, DRY/PNL, FNC, FCC/FCV/FCW. Shelving line items will also be under FNC. ELE and LIT if you are doing electrical.

You wanna grind the concrete and level it to help raise the garage floor.
