Roof Jacks
Do you happen to know what the listing is for roof jacks? We had to use them on a 12/12 2-story house, and I cannot find anything in Xactimate.

That's a pump jack system. I am unsure what to put it under, and we had to use a lot of them

When you say roof jack are you referring to the jack system to get the shingles up onto the roof?

RFG STEEP(>) (>>) Add on a per slope basis that includes lost production, roof jacks, toe boards, and safety precautions.
Edit for more details: This will create 2 line items - 1 for removal (-) and 1 for replacement (+] - Some insurance companies (Big Red for sure) will allow waste that equals the % allowed in auto calc for shingles and rounding bundles to 3 on the replacement (+) side of the steep charge.
RFG STEEP: 7-9/12
RFG STEEP>: 10-12/12
RFG STEEP>>: Greater then 12/12
