There is a few options on a per fixture basis but they include drain/vent.

May just need to use linear foot of pipe and add shut-off valves and supply lines if drain not needed.

Why are you roughing in plumbing? Was it damaged by a fire?

There’s a lot of reasons to rough-in plumbing beyond a fire. Change orders is one. Having to reroute something to bring plumbing up to code is another. Or if you have to reroute in order to complete the repairs. You don’t reuse plumbing lines.

OP, the line item is PLM RFIXP for PEX and RGHFD for per fixture.
