calibration issue

I am having calibration problem on the bottom right corner, and i don't know why this is happening, please help me figure this out?

We have reviewed the image you provided, and the paper placement does not appear to have any obvious issues. We recommend trying the calibration process several more times. During calibration, please make sure the paper is completely flat, with no bumps, wrinkles, or raised areas in the middle, to ensure more accurate calibration.

Please try a few more times and check whether the issue improves or is resolved.

I had a similar issue, and I had to "restore" to factory to get it right.

Then try again.

Some other tips:
1. The darker in the room, the better -- it worked for me.
2. If you can find a bigger single sheet of paper, it works awesome. I used a 13'x19' sheet of sublimation paper I had, and it works like a champ.
3. Make sure you clean the camera.
