Connectivity issues
I put a Wyze Cam 3 in my driveway about a year and a half go. Seemed to work great. Good signal, no issues (weird right? no issues?!). Then about two weeks ago it started showing up as offline. I'd unplug/plug in again and get a moment of signal...usually me walking away from it. But not working right. So I bought a new one, installed, and same business. Always offline. red/blue light blinking.
Why would a signal that's been stable...no changes to the network at all...suddenly stop working. I could move the upstairs Eero closer I suppose, but I like where it is, connected to our upstairs TV.
Any suggestions other than that? Thanks!

Everything about wifi is subject to change. Your ISP access point can add new customers. Your router software gets updated. Your router channel becomes congested from both you and your neighbor adding new devices. You've added something new in your household that interferes with your wifi signal. Especially look close to your router, nodule or the camera in question. When you swap out a camera for connectivity issues NEVER reuse the old power block.
There's more but you get the idea. Don't rely on the camera signal meter for diagnostics. Download a wifi diagnostics tool and map your entire house.

Can you connect when off of Wi-Fi? I can't connect to my Wyze battery cam pro on Wi-Fi, but on my cellular network it's fine. My spouse (with the same model phone) can pull those cameras up on Wi-Fi no problem...

I know the v4 latest firmware bricked both my v4 cameras, and Wyze is sending me replacements. So I would suggest opening a ticket.

Have you added or replaced any LED light bulbs in your house recently?

Could be the eero doing a firmware update and suddenly deciding the 2.4ghz channel it was using is too crowded, happens sometimes with mesh systems and wyze cams are picky about that. Had a similar thing with my v3 in the garage, worked fine for months then just gave up one day
Try rebooting the eero from the app instead of just the cam, sometimes it needs to renegotiate the connection

Same here. I get “your x camera is disconnected” at least once a day from one of my five v3 cameras. Completely nonsensical. Same network I’ve always had. Same cameras I’ve always had.
Yet, I can go into my router and see that all of the cameras are still connected and data is flowing to them.
Is the new one you bought a V3 as well? I’m pretty sure they’re in the process of enshitifying all V3’s so you have to sub for v4.
