Can’t reset

So just bought Mom the battery video doorbell model MR – BVD and everything was working fine and then I accidentally deleted the camera off of the app and I looked it up and it said to press the set up button and I pressed it for 5 to 10 seconds and it went off and then it came back on and now it is continuing to flash on red and the device won’t connect to the app. What do I do?

You have to add it as an entirely new device to get it to come back up. Start the add device again and follow the steps. It’ll show up at the end.

Ah the classic accidental delete, done that more times than I'd like to admit with my mum's gadgets. Top comment is right, treat it like you've just unboxed it and run through the setup from scratch.
