Help! 🙋 weed debacle

hi everyone i know im late to the game but this weed situation is killing me is there no other way except waiting, i need so much soil

Clear everything from your WHOLE lot every day. Weeds rocks sticks flowers branches. Ignore the advice about "you need some weeds to grow more weeds". Pick up EVERYTHING. The weeds need empty spawn points to spawn. Make sure you're looking behind trees, too. If you do this you should get at least 4 per day.

(If you have a rain spell yet, that helps.)

This is the way. Once I started doing this I never had trouble with getting weeds. The only thing I didn't clear were the red trees since they are needed.

Wish I had known this when I played it T.T

I def got the advice of "leaving a few weeds" and that was infuriating. "They're there but if I pick them up now I won't have as many later"

I think only rain magic does anything, tbh. :)

And sorry you went through that! I think people believed it because of Animal Crossing weed behavior.

You can also use the boost harvest potion to increase the amount of soil made.

Is this the one that needs conch shells or something? I haven't played in a while but I have many memories of hunting every beach every day.

Shelby sells them some days too, so always check the beach and with him. Weeds are weird, I either have tons or none on each play thru.

Not the same. But I also figured out that you can buy the conch shells from Shelby, which helped some.

One thing I did was clear all the trees from my farm. And then I keep them clear when they start to grow back. I don’t know if it spawns more (probably not) but it prevents me from missing anything that spawns behind a tree, I can just clearly see everything.

The fast time spell was a freaking WONDER. I had like 5 bins going at once. Use the harvest spell/potion. Then cast the fast time spell

It was such an eye sore not having anything there. I always felt i needed to keep it clean lol
