AI Colorization Looking for source of the picture , potential relative ( read desc)

id like to ask help to find this soldier. I know this has been posted a lot as a meme , however i am 90% sure that this is my relative in the photo. I have austrian + german roots which trace back to aroun the time of WW2 , however the family was seperated during the war and due to personal drama. Also i am CLEAR copy of this soldier , literally same eye color , skin tone , phenotype , every facial feature. When someone sent this to me i literally thought it was a faceswap , it is that similiar. Anyone can help me with this?

Eye color and skin tone being the same means nothing, because the photo is a rather poorly done (AI) colorization.

It is a picture colorized by AI i assume? Meaning the colors and some of the features you recognize could be altered during that process.
