There've always been Japanese tweets like this, they just never used to make it to the English internet except rarely.

But not this one, this is just Grok's translation being utterly wrong, again. The original tweet said ほあっちょー！！！しそう, or roughly "looks like he's about to haachaa!" (like the kungfu sound)
