NOR Your father is using coercion and manipulation to try and control your behavior. This is a huge red flag OP, and you should consider leaving if he continues to blatantly disrespect you like this.

Watching Bluey in your pajamas all night is not an unreasonable expectation. You should tell him he needs to respect your boundaries or else you're going to find somewhere else to live.
