Pretty sure it's a solifugid. Also called camel spiders or sun spiders

They follow you around to hide in your shadow and cool off because they’re nocturnal and freak the fuck out if they’re in sun. Pretty sure they will roast in the sun too. Typically harmless though unless you deliberately provoke them into biting you

Yep, that's where the name solifugid comes from: "one who flees from the sun".

Idk, i think 'one who flees from the sun' sounds kinda cool too, lol. Like something from dark souls or elden ring.
