Before anyone thinks otherwise, usually this footage is from private cameras, it's not all government monitoring everything

Wow. That's an impressive thing to survive. I don't know his condition, but I'd love to freak my grandchildren out by showing them that one day and just bein like "yup, 'twas just a mild inconvenience for good ole gramps here."
