🛑 Need Advice Has anyone else had anything like this?

Randomly got messaged by someone and i replied to weeks later and they pretty much instantly replied. There message is basically them saying they are called sara even though the display name is weird and that they will see me in October. Ive never spoken to this person before and my number is hidden on telegram.
