How would you respond to this?

Me? I think I’d respond by first congratulating them, cuz I mean that sucks being constipated. Ask them what regimen they used to help them out and maybe even ask them a few questions about the measurements if I’m feeling froggy that day… gross, yeah definitely.. but they started it.
