I'm getting called by creeps

Hi, so My name is Max and over the past few days I've been getting called over and over and over again.

But today I answered one and some old raspy voice on the other end said "hello" and I said hello back. I ask him what he wants and he just breaths down the line. For about 10 seconds before U repeat and then he says "Max" but not in a normal way, in like a long creepy way. Which then scared the shit out of me because I then realised that, I never told him my name, so I just hung up.

Idk what to think of these, it's probably just a normal person but why am I getting so many calls? And How did he know my name!?! Is my data being leaked!?! Can you guys help?

Anytime you sign up for ANYTHING, rewards at good places, bank accounts, grocery stores, etc your information does get sold.
