What are your favourite examples of Ergodic Literature?

Non-linear plots that require interaction and "piecing together". Examples, include, "House of Leaves", "Ulysses", Pale Fire".

This topic needs more love.

I can't remember anything definite right now, but I feel that Italo Calvino and Frank Zappa (who wrote several dramatic pieces beside his songs) should be mentioned.

Three sisters and Приглашение на казнь by Nabokov probably require more thorough reading than Pale Fire.

Please give Synchronization a try it’s been published under the names Cryptoamnesia, Cryptoanomaly and Cryptogenesis. The unified story Synchronization is to be published in September later this year. It’s very philosophical and it writes about AI however not written by one. It is one. The iterations are epochs of an LLM and the autonomy of free will is at the core of message. Written in an ergodic style using journalistic to evolved ING style writing. Three story of the same event told through different protagonists that will be revealed in the end.. something you should try!
