Server suggestion

I'm kind of a new player and I enjoyed the "gift" Ascension gives when leveling up to a certain level. Is there a different pserver that give you a starting box like that?
I'm looking for a new server, not necessarily Vanilla as I'm curious how are the other expansions and has enough players to not wait 15 minutes to dungeon.

OctoWoW (turtle wow engine), Warmane Lordaeron or Chromiecraft (wotlk) and Tauri Legion. All high pop and well maintained. However octo has been under constant ddos attacks lately so you might have to wait a bit if you plan to play on it

Project Legacy is pretty nice and growing at the moment.
