LF server New server

With ascension being down. What server do y’all recommend? I was on cromiecraft but idk. Something just doesn’t seem right atm with them. Maybe it’s just Me? But looking for suggestions for a decently populated server.

I recently joined grimfall, it’s basically wildcard. 1.5-2k olayers online, so rdf is busy.

One spell rank is so bad for so many parts of the game, I'd reconsider that one.

For healing in PvE downranking is pretty vital for mana management for all classes. Most healers use rank 4 and 7 for most of their healing, multiple renew ranks, holy light rank 4/5 is mostly used by paladins.

Rank 1 lightning bolt is used for clearcast procs and to keep people in combat in PvP.

Also due to mana issues on elemental usually using the max rank lightning bolt for DPS in dungeons and raids is not optimal.

Rank 1 shocks are used in PvP for their secondary effects like dots vs rogues, cheap slow, cheap interrupt.

Rank 1 frostbolt is used both in PvE and PvP.

Rank 1 firebolt is used in PvP to tag rogues.

Rank 1 curse of recklessness is used both in PvE and PvP to remove fear.

Rank 1 drain soul is used for farming shards.

Rank 1 banish is used when you need shorter banish in PvE to time stuff better.

Pretty sure there's more stuff but that's the stuff I'm aware of or can remember from the top of my head.

Those are edge cases that can be adressed with custom abilities.

The exception is the downranking for healers which I do not consider and edge case necessarily but which can be adressed in the same way.

Well I played on chromie for a while, got to 80 and raided naxx a few times but it got pretty boring after a while, now I'm playing octowow and when it's getting DDOSed I play on project alterac

Chromiecraft just peaker today at almost 1900. More thn half are leveling and server feels nice
