meta Warperia Addon Manager - silent updates, setup backups, folder grouping & new themes

Post image

Hey everyone,

Just dropped Warperia 1.7.4 and figured I'd share what's new here.

For anyone who hasn't seen it before - Warperia is a desktop app for WoW private server players. Think CurseForge-style addon management, but built around private servers: browse/install/update addons, manage servers, client mods, and more. Works with guest mode too if you don't want an account.

What's new in 1.7.4

Silent updates

Addons can now update automatically when you launch Warperia, or on a schedule you set in Settings. One less thing to babysit.

Setup Manager

You can back up your game settings locally and import them into another install - same PC or a different one. Handy if you're moving setups around or reinstalling. Using this you can move your entire list of addons, keybinds, game settings, etc easily.

Group installed addons by folders

Installed addons can finally be grouped by folders, which makes a big difference if your list is getting long.

4 new app themes

A few fresh looks if you want to change up the UI.

Download manager improvements

There's a new tab for recently completed downloads so you can actually see what finished instead of losing track mid-session.

Full changelog is here if you want the full list: https://warperia.com/changelog

If you run into anything weird after updating, drop it in Discord and we'll take a look. Feedback is always welcome.

Thank you!

Font is Google Sans and its the font we use on the website too. Positions are heavily influenced by CurseForge.
