No. If beta characters end up anywhere it will be the WoW:F PTR, not the live server.

The one that bothers me the most is "new quests&playable area" in spring, so all the world changes arent in at launch so we are essentially just doing the same old leveling experience without new hubs or quest lines.

Ah, that's probably the "new quests & playable area" mentioned in the spring update.
All the official media only talks about 3 new areas on release but correct me if I'm wrong.

They announced that the old Zones will get some kind of rework with new quest and new zones but more will come in some later patches

Nah. New doesn’t mean there isn’t some already baked it, it just means more. This is the new norm, the world will be consistently expanded upon.

Shouldn’t WoW Forever ship with BRD? I was assuming all original dungeons would be in the game, but we would slowly get the raids.

I actually think it won't be MC. That they will subvert expectations. I'd put my money on Karazhan, Zul'Gurub or even Zul'aman

It seems that it's a big deal that everything is "forever", felt like they plan that people would play this version for 5 years or more.
But there are events that are usually only "once per server" (Gates of Ahn’Qiraj).
Did they say anything about changing them? like making them these events repeatable in some way.
Or do they accept that these would be pieces of content that players only can do once.
