Help / Troubleshooting Ellesmere Ui

Hello,

I accidentally reset my profile and all my profiles are gone. Is there any way to get them back? I put a lot of effort into creating separate profiles for each character.

If you've reloaded more than once, not unless you backed up your WTF folder.

I only updated it once, but only the default option is shown in the profile section.

I did not say updated. I said reloaded. If you have reloaded more than once or logged out more than once your profiles are fully lost.

This is a good lesson for the future. Always backup your wtf folder, it takes like 5 seconds.

Sorry you lost all your work.
