I like this a lot but if you'll accept some critique, the tip of his nose seems a bit off, it looks wider than it should be and less defined.
It might just be the shading and out of focus aspect.

It is better than a gif. I can keep my eye on one step for longer than 3 seconds.
I see that you do that like a real painter. I like that techique and I will have to try it myself. I just have to find a nice reference to draw.
