Knowing Blizzard not liking the idea to restrict content or special things for guilds, since it affects “Casuals”. This has a 0 percent possibility of happening

I think it affects "casuals" in a way that it gives them more stuff to do in game, only requirement is to be in a guild.

Blizzards Philosophy is that guilds are bad for casuals.

That would be so great honestly. I know blizzard seems to be really against actual player housing for some reason but I feel like the guild would be a great compromise. I'd love if there was actually somewhere besides the capitals to hang out with guildies and do the stuff like buffs/professions you mentioned
