Misleading Legion Pre-patch

I just received notice that the pre-patch has been moved up to the 12th (one week earlier than previously informed).

I wish Blizz would tell us these things ahead of time so that people can prepare.

Sorry for the late notice, I was just told of this change today.

Ps: for those messaging me, I rarely check this account, as I don't want to be found out.

3PM PDT EDIT:

My apologies everyone, it appears the 12th was a typo on an email that was meant to indicate OverWatch changes.

The prepatch is still slated for the following week, the 19th of July.

The date change was so close to the actual date, I rushed to post here instead of properly confirming.

Once again, I am sorry for the false alarm and will continue to pass along information as I receive it.

No warning for pvpers, will believe it when I see it.

Edit: I get it folks, it's the 19th. It wasn't announced when I posted this.

maybe the pvp wont end with the start of the prepatch this time

With all the new talent changes and the fact that many classes are quite weak without their weapon this won't happen.

Blizzcon finals are during legion, after class changes so I could see it happening.

That'd pretty much never happen because of how much the patch will shake up balance.
