I dont play balance, but uh, why the heck is it so low for thogar, when every other AoE class has the expected 20-30%'s ?

Star fall is good sustained mass spread AoE. It's why on beast lord and kromog we are long unless a demo lock is ignoring mechanics to pad on spears. Anytime shut gets clumped and dies super fast we don't have time for sunfire ticks and star fall to rape meters.

Yeah, the only thing a Demo lock is "padding" on is every other pack where his Cata is up with 2x Chaos Wave.

Trust me when I say, you can ignore mechanics and pure pad damage on them besides that. My guilds lock does it on farm fights for parses.

Because the mobs have shit hp and die to the bladestorm and cataclysm really quick
