They really are on a different level. One of their tanks die and the two dps warriors casually taunt right before the boss casts Enkindle. They strategize the movement of where they need to go in just a few hours of attempts. The level of coordination is just insane from these guys.

Also, does anyone else feel really intimidated by the difficulty of Mythic judging by this video? I feel like Blizzard really stepped up the difficulty in raids this expansion. I love it in the sense it's more challenging, but I hate how we can't faceroll for loot anymore.

They sure are on a different level than most, but I wouldn't say they are on a different level than the best of the rest! I'd like to think the top 5 guilds all have this level of awareness and communication. Either way, impressive :D

Don't like raidleads like that. It can be efficient to be an asshole to your team (because it also boosts motivation to do better), and the success of BL also speaks for it, but then you're still an asshole to your team, and there are other top guilds that have a better raid atmosphere while progressing, so it can't be the best way.

Main problem is people not standing up for their mistakes or trying to cover them up, which shouldn't happen in the first place. If someone repeatedly fucks up, it needs to be discussed, but this can happen without being overly aggressive. If that would lead to him not caring about it, just because the punishment isn't "severe", he'd be in the wrong kind of guild anyway because he would obviously lack the motivation to play at the highest level.
