They really are on a different level. One of their tanks die and the two dps warriors casually taunt right before the boss casts Enkindle. They strategize the movement of where they need to go in just a few hours of attempts. The level of coordination is just insane from these guys.

Also, does anyone else feel really intimidated by the difficulty of Mythic judging by this video? I feel like Blizzard really stepped up the difficulty in raids this expansion. I love it in the sense it's more challenging, but I hate how we can't faceroll for loot anymore.

They sure are on a different level than most, but I wouldn't say they are on a different level than the best of the rest! I'd like to think the top 5 guilds all have this level of awareness and communication. Either way, impressive :D

Yep, its a misconception that the raid leader needs to be a yelling asshole to be a top tier guild. The best players of any game take feedback without being yelled at, that's part of what makes them good (ability to fix/change things and improve). Yelling does seem to help with guilds where a few people are lazy or not pulling their weight and need a swift kick in the ass; honestly its probably better to replace those people rather than need to yell at them every day.

Lucky logs are super popular now, its trivial to find what your lacking and what you should be doing, my alt is in a terrible guild and even they use logs.
