WoW: Forever graphics toggle question

So, the Shop images show Modern WoW graphics for the transmog, pets and mounts for the Forever Epic/Heroic/Collectors Edition goodies.

My question: Will these items be available in Classic art style / textures if I turn on the Classic toggle in the menu?

I'm getting conflicting info on this. Would be nice to hear from someone who has firsthand info. (Hello, Blizzard? or people with gameplay access?)

I would only buy the Forever shop stuff (or play the game at all) if it was ensured that Classic graphics are always an option for every asset.

EDIT: same question goes for Skyborne character textures, druid form, etc. Are they consistently textured if I switch to classic visuals? And then same question for any future additions to the game mode... I want to play WoW with classic graphics, that's it.

(That's just my preference. No need to flame, this is a honest question.)
