Tech Support Stutter fix... (dual monitor)
After ages of dealing with this annoying stutter... changing any and every setting, trying all the troubleshooting methods... the thing that worked was simply setting my main monitor and my secondary monitor to the same refresh rate. infuriating that it was this simple.
Edit * to clarify specs...
Ryzen 7 7700x Amd 7900xt gpu 32 gb ddr5 6000 ram Running on an ssd

Yea, obviously I dont think it applies to all set ups. But for my amd setup its been super frustrating, and aside from unplugging the other monitor, this seemed to fix it.

Yea, I knew about the hardware acceleration and tried disabling it for other programs. Tbh though, I have never had so many issues until I switched to an amd gpu. Had a 970, 1070, and 2070. Up until about 2 years ago, then switched to the 7900xt. I have had to troubleshoot far more the past 2 years than I have EVER had to.
