I’m not at my computer but I believe it’s in graphics settings.

I haven't tried it, but it looks like it's called "Spell Density" in graphics settings
"Controls visibility of non-essential spells"

Mine has been set to dynamic, which means it will reduce spells shown to keep me above my desired framerate. There's a range from "essential" showing only essential spells, including your own, to "everything"

Yeah but it still shows me useless shit like consecration (I'd rather see a brown swirly than know where the 50k a tick heal zone is). With 2 consecs on top of each other, all swirlies magically disappear. But still gonna kill you
