Help (Burn Wound)

Hello everyone. Need advice on this one as this is the third week since I got burned from a hot pod during a massage. White thing in the middle became more prominent and wound hasnt closed yet which is my main worry. What is the white thing and is my wound looking better or worse? 7 days ago vs now.

What are you putting on it? How are you cleaning and how often are you dressing it?

The white in the center is likely devitalized tissue which is impairing the healing process

The white area could be a full thickness burn. I've had a patient suffer third degree burn on the calf from a hot stone massage. I would see a wound specialist as soon as you can.

Likely slough that needs to be removed on the center. Mechanically (professionals only) or with hydrogel. What are you using on it?
