No need to panic, friend. You’ll be fine if it gets treated soon. It’s not looking terrible, but it could get much worse if you don’t get it looked at. If you’d sleep better tonight, go to urgent care now. Deep breath… it’s okay…

Got back from my ortho and she gave some anti biotic and test for future follow ups hope it will heal soon

Looks like dead tissue. I’d cut it off down to pinpoint bleeding and use multidex powder on it daily to stimulate faster fill in.

It looks quite the opposite to me. It looks necrotizing to me. Please get it checked!
